Location was amazing, right near everything in the center of the historic area. The rooms were lovely. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice. A lovely place to stay!

Everything, the owner is amazing, very helpful and generous with his time/suggestions/service! All the staff were fabulous and friendly! The room was lovely and I would definitely stay here again! The deck and views are beautiful and the location is superb and right among the action!!!

The studio is cozy and very nice. You have all the comfort you need, is sparkling clean and very friendly. The location is perfect to start exploring the amazing San Marino - in less then 15 minutes you are in the historical part of the city. There is a huge parking P9 at 10 minute away, with very surprising decent prices thank to our host Andrea, we even get a discount. Even if we didn't met Andrea in person he was nice and very helpful, all the time present to offer help and answer to questions, we really felt that he took care of us. Thanks Andrea, we will definitely come back.

We loved everything about this place: the location, the size of the apartment, the views, the decoration, and the host. amazing. Parking was easy and cheap. My little girls loved the accommodation since it was pretty big. Very pet friendly.

A fabulous historic property, very close to everything. Hostess provided a superb breakfast. Very large rooms. We were lucky enough to be here on the day of the twice yearly captains regent ceremony, installing new leaders. Marching band, militia and cannon fire, all right outside.

1. Location 10/10 The aparment is located in the center and main city attractions are less than 5 minutes away by foot. The area is beautiful and there is a blue parking zone in front of the building and a blue zone parking with a ramp near by, just let the host know what your licence plate number is. Being in the center there all central stores and restaurants are just few minutes away and the area is very nice and peacefull (San Marino is like that in general). 2. Apartment 10/10 The apartment is huge, clean, modern and beautiful. Every room (including the bathroom) is very spacious and I think that at least 4 people can stay there without any problems. Beds are comfortable (even the smaller ones), and the apartment has everything needed for a longer stay. The view is amazing and sound isolation is good. The weather outside was not very hot and the fans inside did a good job at keeping the apartment cool, but I am not sure if there is an actual AC in the apartment or just strong ceiling fans. 3. Host 10/10 The host was very kind and helpful. She was avaliable and helped us a lot with parking.

Beautiful villa. Friendly and flexible hosts. A lonely and quiet place. 10 minutes by car to the center of San Marino. Spacious living room and kitchen. Excellent equipment. 3 rooms are on the 1st floor - with only 1 bathroom for 3 rooms. 1 room + bathroom is on the ground floor. The 5th room is on the in the former garage (-1st floor) - dark, with less ventilation and no bathroom.
