The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were incredibly flexible and caring, especially with our flight cancellations and the bad weather as we had to extend our stay. Quick and clear communication, spotless cleanliness and a warm welcome, we felt safe and well supported. It's an excellent choice for a stay in the Turks & Caicos Islands. It is great value for money, located very conveniently, clean, and the host is incredibly helpful and responsive. When the hairdryer didn’t work, it was replaced quickly. He also provided us with tips for restaurants and other things to see in the area. I would say if you are a couple, looking for a fair priced stay, and spending your days at the beach anyways, it’s a great option. Also, the apartment comes with beach chairs, an umbrella and snorkeling masks so very helpful!

lovely hotel, rooms are very bright and spacious. The bikes were a bonus. Head to Coconut beach (large rock at the roundabout leads to a narrow path to the beach Z has loungers there) Alex thank you for the info. would def return !!

The townhome was clean, bright, and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook (pots, pans, utensils). There were a few basic supplies like salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There was a washer and drier, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. It was a calm location. A short drive across the street to Grace bay beach, at the beach access next to Opus restaurant (which we also liked). We did use the common pool a couple times but honestly went to the beach across the street every day. There are beach chairs and towels and a couple umbrellas. No snorkels or other fun beach toys- so bring your own. I would most definitely stay there again. Eliza had a wonderful drink for us at check in. She was responsive to any inquiries via WhatsApp. Lovely place. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the independence of an apartment rather than a hotel, and it was a superb apartment. It seemed quite new, it was clean, spacious, and the owners had provided everything you could possibly need, from a huge range of cooking pots/utensils to snorkelling equipment and beach towels, even the washing powder and tumble drier sheets were all provided - it really is a home from home. Based in Grace Bay, it was pretty easy to get anywhere by car and there were always plenty of parking spaces (although we did travel slightly out of season). Also, the owners were friendly and very quick to respond if you had any queries and they recommended a few good eating places.

Wow! Everything! The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were SO accommodating. We were delighted to with the brand new facilities, fantastic air conditioning, and the vicinity to Sunset Beach. Just a quick walk around the corner and BAM! You’re on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We couldn’t have been happier.
