We stayed as a family with 4 kids including baby and toddler and it was very comfortable. We had a private pool which was clean and used very much by us. The location is good and there is launderette and food places which we tried. There is a shuttle bus which is amazing that takes you to Ao Nang beach and we had no trouble staying here at all. Also really affordable to drink and eat at the pool bar, they have happy hour deals and beer bucket deals that we love. Kids club was perfect we weren't expecting it but our 7-year-old boy loved it which gave us some relaxing time by the pool while he was having fun. Great bonus!
