The manager is very kind and helpful. I really loved the bed, the mattress is super comfy and you also have a locker available to you. The place is clean. There's laundry available, I paid 50 baht for it to have it back on the same day, so I would say it's a very good price for it.

Everything was fine: Hotel centrally located near the places of interest in Ubon, close enough to the airport for taking the morning flight to Suvarnabhumi, designed with taste, nicely decorated and comfortable room, good breakfast starting a little before 07:00am allowing to have the breakfast before leaving to the airport. The whole staff is polite and helpful. In addition, you can use bicycles for free to visit around.

The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable.. good lighting and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, soft pillows to and plenty of beautiful clean towels. There was everything you needed including washing machine if you are staying longer. Absolutely loved the private pool. The pool was a salt water pool with very strong jets which gave an excellent massage. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great place for us as we have our own car as we are touring.

The staff were AMAZING!!! They spent lots of time with us to really help with our needs. They hand drew us maps, they helped us install apps on our phone so we could book our own transport. They helped us navigate apps to order meals to be delivered to the hotel. They supported our dietary requirements at breakfast. We stayed for nearly a week and staff even gave us lovely treats! Staff built relationships with their guests. I have never seen more amazing customer service. The rooms are VERY spacious with lots of places to spread your belongings out. The bathrooms also have plenty of room. There is a convenience shop across the road. It is a short drive/walk to the main street where there is local Thai food or a short taxi to an air-conditioned restaurant offering Thai food. The big Lotus shop is only a short taxi ride away.

Clean, well organized hotel. Nothing fancy, just good. Room is simple but clean and fine. Water pressure and shower very good. Good value for many. Close to Big C and Makro if you need to do some shopping. Also not far from a nice evening (food) market (close to Big C).
