We enjoyed the night here very well. Overall house is very clean and comfortable. We can easily park 2 cars into the garage. Highly recommended if you are driving to Songkhla. Great location with 5 minutes walking distance to convenient store. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.

Really comfortable, clean and spacious room, have a great water pressure and air condition working well(for my room). Booked 2 room, room 105(me) and room 106 for my sister. For room 106 have some issues like slow water pressure and toilet lamp not working well. They also have parking so don't worry for that. This place location for me are good, near big road to Ko Yo and easy to access. But when we arrive there are no one at receptionist because uncle that handle for room are at his house i guess(just in front hotel building) and he can't speak english. But we still manage to understand each other with sign language i guess 😆 But that's not a problem to me because uncle look nice we just have a language barrier. I think this place more suitable for people who came with their own vehicle because it's not located at the center of town so maybe it's kinda bit difficult to get public transport.

Really serene location, very quiet and peaceful. Ed really went above and beyond to help us with trips to the local shops and Songkhla Old Town. He also helped us booking taxis to and from Hat Yai. All the staff there were great!
