Everything was perfect. The pool is heated, the hotel is realy beautiful. Room was perfect size and we had one extra bed. Personal realy nice, they even gifted our children elephant key chains. They have nice free activities for children like making sope. We recomend this hotel to everyone

A little gem in the heart of the old town. We stayed 5 nights and felt at home. The decoration is beautiful, fresh flowers everywhere, a little patio in front, with shade and lovely plants. Excellent breakfast, different every day and an absolutely wonderful staff! We will be back!

The staff were wonderful. Also the location was great with the temple across the way, and the beautiful building and fantastic restoration/decor. We had paid in advance but were still gifted a foot massage, lunch and other extras. Big efforts to make their guests happy. And we were!

We love the layout of the room. I came to Chiang Mai for a running event. after I finished the race, I enter the room with a dirty shoes. because the layout of the room, I enter the room straight into the walk in closet and shower area. therefore, my dirty shoes don't have to be left outside and I can jump into shower straight away. this is perfect for a runner!

Very Good value for price. Quite place because no traffic in the little street.. Rooms are very clean. Good buffet breakfast with salted, sweet., fruits, ..yaourt, eggs, muesli, etc... The Indian hotel manager is outstandingly taking care of its customers giving precious hints on activities/visits , he constantly overviews all details in his hotel targeting customersatisfaction. We strongly recommend.
