Whenever I come to BKK, I always choose to stay here. Good Location (MRT, big shopping mall, night market, hospital etc.) - Room is clean with good facilities - Washing machine inside - I can park my car easily - 7/11 in the front of the building Very comfortable to stay here🌷

Fresh, spacious and very clean room, strong wi-fi, big 4k TV, shower and toilet are fine, AC works smooth, excellent beddings. Each floor has common dinning area with refrigerator. Quiet and unique coffee shop at the second floor. The Grasshopper touch is everywhere. Street food, public transport, taxi are right there. All this is a surprise for me as I've been to many hotels in Thailand and they usually lack something nevertheless the price you pay (low water pressure, weak wi-fi...). On the top of all, the owner is very eager to help and fix any issues. We had trouble with the location provided by Booking.com that was not her fault but she offered us solutions that many places wouldn't. And finally she forced Booking.com to correct the location. Good job!
