Its a new place, clean, cozy, internet works well, quiet, and it has a few restaurants and cafe nearby. I do recommend to stay there and I have plans to come back soon!

The kitchen was well equipped great for cooking ,very nice and clean very comfortable beds Good wifi ,hot shower,,all the basic comforts that you need there is a dining, area lounge tv area little seating area outside This property is a thai style house there are some locals that live next to and are very friendly. Everything is on your door step Amazing location 2 minutes walk away from night market ,supermarket, pharmacy, there is a fantastic Chaloklum beach clear water most enjoyable swimming a few minutes walk away with great cheap thai food and delicious cold fruit shakes along the way . Great value for your money Excellent hostess managing the property thankyou . We stayed here as a family with a teenage son booked for 4 nights and extended stayinfor another 6 .

Everything was perfect. From the easy self check in to the communication from the host was amazing. The kitchen was very well equipped, it has everything you need to cook a meal. The swimming pool is absolutely unreal. The views from the pool are beautiful, looking down onto Malibu beach. We payed a deposit that was refunded back upon check out. Location wise- it is up a steep hill so would highly recommend hiring a bike. The bedrooms we’re very clean and modern- the bed has memory foam mattress. It also has a communal lounge area with a sofa, TV, dining table and a fully stocked kitchen. There is an underground open garage area to store cars and motorcycles. Cannot thank the host enough for helping us during our stay, we was communicating via Whatsapp and she is very kind and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

The normal shower that's cornered off and on its own. The clean room with fridge and kettle and aircon. The mosquito net. The friendly staff. The beach in the back yard and sun loungers with umbrellas. The ambience. The staff that drove us to our next hotel. Desperately wanted to book more nights here but they were already booked. Close to restaurants, walking distance.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very cute, clean and was amazing to have a kitchen. The location was also perfect as it is surrounded by lush jungle and only a few mins to the beach. Our host peter, was also very kind and made sure we had everything we needed :)

I felt very very comfortable in this place! Single room is so spacious, has big bed, table, fridge, balcony! The hotel is situated right on the beach, location is amazing! And the beach is amazing. Area is surrounded by local restaurants, massage salons, two 7eleven supermarkets, there is also Paradise waterfall in walking distance from Viva hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful! I have only positive impressions of my stay here! Thanks 🙏
