The owner was very accommodating and let us change our booking, despite it originally being non-refundable. Great customer service!

The Room we had was big and spacious with cleaning every day. The bed was so comfy, we shared one bed as a family of 3. The restaurant serves really good food, coffee and breakfast is so nice. as we had some rainy days we spent some time in the restaurant and everything was so great. Stuff is lovely and interacting with the kids all the time. our fav was Lynn and my son loved Tata. We stayed in bungalow A-8 and it was facing the pool directly. Pool clean and big, suitable for kids and adults. Very convenient. Bungalow was always clean, towels always changed, they do laundry really cheap. Staff very friendly and helpful, arranging taxis even the last second. Beach just 2 min from bungalow. The attention to detail is great from making sure we had a transfer from the pier, to welcoming us, everything was perfect. It is a family oriented hotel and they were great with kids (kids pool, toys, high chairs etc). We are a couple with no kids and also loved it. It is a very kids friendly resort with amazing and heartwarming staff (especially Tom ;). The breakfast was very good and the kitchen even made simple porridge for our baby.
