    We stayed in the Family room for 5 nights- the location was like something out of a magazine. It was breathtaking waking up with the pool and beach steps away. Perfect for families with children. It had a mini mart within walking distance for water and snacks, plus a massage place right next door. Food and restaurants along the beach were great. The price is totally amazing for what you get. The most perfect holiday- we will be BACK for sure.

    Such a little hidden jem right on the beach. The staff takes care of the grounds and guests with an eye for small detail and we really appreciated our 3 night stay with a baby and 5year old boy. Though for sure not a typical hotel for family vacation the staff was so friendly and caring for our kids, making us feel welcome in a rather couple's resort.

    Location right at the Beach, nice pool, good value breakfast with eggs, fruit, cereals and some hot dishes. Good for families with small children, they have baby chairs and there are pancakes in the morning :) Beach is rocky during low tide, but we liked it to spot some small crabs and collect shells. Minimart, restaurants, ATM close by.

    We absolutely loved our stay at the Emerald. Initially came for 3 nights and ended up staying 9. Amazing location, great food, nice beach and a family that knows how to make their guests feel welcome. Ron, the manager, gives honest advice about tours and supports organising them. Highly recommend this place, especially for families with (smaller) kids.

    Very nice resort, quiet, everything super clean, good breakfast, family friendly. We would repeat this resort if we come back to Koh Lanta. We became two baby beds without extra cost in the room. Nice staff and clean pool with kids area. A highlight.

    We booked this hotel very spontaneously for our family of 9 person after we were scammed with our original hotel booking. Koh Lanta is a very calm island so perfect for families with small kids, the hotel had a great pool area and our family villa was fantastic. Great breakfast and lovely beach.

    It’s great for families with children below 12 years. A children pool, tree house playground, breakfast buffet that all children like, beach front with shallow waters but with high tide sufficient for some wave action for the bigger kids. A lot of shade by large trees. Ample space for parents to chill.
