We really liked Sunrise Apartments, which were spacious, clean and well appointed and had friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was fantastic. And they have a coffee machine with nice coffee as well - as big thumbs up from us. The price included one free airport transfer, which we used when arriving. The pickup went very smoothly and the man was waiting for us just outside the terminal. Previous reviewers have commented that Sunrise Apartments are difficult to find. There is still no signage at street level. Come up the driveway past Hotel Vartan and look for блок б ( Block B). Sunrise Apartments is located on the 13th floor. See the attached picture for their contact details so they can let you inside.

The host was waiting for us at the building. He speaks perfect English. The apartment is super clean. All furniture and utensils are new. He also help us to locate restaurants, supermarket, ATMs nearby, calling taxi to airport when we left. He is extremely helpful in a city where few speaks English. The apartment is comfort, quiet, in a safe and children friendly neighborhood.

The owner is so hospitable and polite and location of Rudaki 94 is one of the best location in Dushanbe. My wife and I stayed there for one week and we had really enjoyable time. I strongly suggest Rudaki 94 to everyone if that person (those people) wants to travel to Dushanbe.
