We could really be as at home. Two nice and spacey rooms, shared bathroom (for our group of four, because we had the entire 3rd floor) and a kitchen corner in the hall. All cosy and clean. The hosts were very kind, we got even a drive to the centre in the first day. A rich home-made breakfast included in the price. The place is a bit out of the (re-built) city center but taxi's are easily available and not expensive. For us this worked out fine.

The owner was very kind and helpful. It is a family business and people there will make you feel like you are at home all the time. Hotel is clean and comfortable and will stay there again when we visit Dushanbe next time

Excellent friendly hosts who offered me a choice of larger available rooms for a free upgrade. The area is very nice with a few good restaurants nearby. I had mentioned that I preferred not to have Tajik Somoni when I fly out of Dushanbe so they went out of their way to find 8 USD bills so they don’t have to give me change in Somoni. The final surprise was that they walked me to the taxi they’d ordered for me and paid the driver without telling me. I was speechless when I found out at the airport.

Great location. Excellent rooms that are clean and cozy. Nice and kind supportive staff. Even if it was very early in the morning, they kindly arranged a transport for me to the airport. This will be my top option when staying in Dushanbe.

The host was waiting for us at the building. He speaks perfect English. The apartment is super clean. All furniture and utensils are new. He also help us to locate restaurants, supermarket, ATMs nearby, calling taxi to airport when we left. He is extremely helpful in a city where few speaks English. The apartment is comfort, quiet, in a safe and children friendly neighborhood.

This is such a great place to stay. Big rooms with Aircon, comfy beds, exceptionally clean. Run by a nice family who definitely goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. I booked for one night but ended up staying longer. The breakfast is generous and delicious and served in the beautiful garden. It's not marked on Maps.Me and Google maps yet, so look for house number 22 on your left.
