Stayed in the Residence Tunis twice during my trip. The staff treated me in a very special way from check-in to check-out. When returned for my second stay I was warmly welcomed, felt like home with family. Rooms are super clean, breakfast is delicious with variety of food. Beach bar was awesome with nice staff out there. I would definitely stay in this hotel when I'm back. Special Thanks to the following staff: (Concierge) Amin. (Reception) Nizar, Jalal, Hemdy, Safe and others. (Beach Bar) Nidhal. (Housekeeping) all of them were professional. (Indoor pool) Husain. The personnel of the hotel was great. They were helpful and there was even a shuttle to the aeroprt which was exactly on the time I have requested. The welcome was exceptional too. The reception stuff were waiting for me and the room was ready even before the check-in. Some Tunisian traditional sweets were brought to my room upon arrival.

We were very happy with our choice of accommodation in Sidi Bou Said. Olivia is located in the village center; very convenient for all sightseeing and transport. It’s a very beautiful property; spacious, well cared for, comfortable in every way. We did not meet any other guests during our stay and it looked very private. The beds are great; the WiFi is strong; there is tea/ coffee/ water. The staff on site is very friendly and caring. They go out of the way to help and welcome you. The lady (Neyma - maybe I did not remember the name correctly) is very nice and supervised a great breakfast for us in the morning. We opted to have breakfast which was also lovely. Highlight recommended to stay here.
