Enser made sure he attended to all of our requests with a smile on his face and went out of his way to help out. He even carried my luggage on his motorcycle for me when I needed to catch a night bus which was a 10min walk from the hotel. The breakfast is also to die for with plenty of options and a variety of homemade jams and butters which are to die for. The room is equipped with absolutely everything you need (air, kettle with tea/coffee bags, very strong wifi, extremely comfortable beds, mini bar), everything is extremely clean, and the view takes your breath away. Very varied breakfast, for all tastes and especially tasty! Patronized by a young and beautiful family, who really care about making the customer happy. If I could, I would give a score of 100. The room was clean, well appointed with historic ceiling feature. The hotel is located in a central and picturesque spot by the river in a cozy street of the old town. The host helped us with parking as well as has given us additional information about Amasia and its historic sites.
