For the 4 of us we were given a room with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. It is not directly at the sea, but in 2 min you are in the sea promenade, with restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the heritage rooms we stayed in for 5 nights. They were elegantly decorated and spaciously comfortable for our family of 3.
