Awesome hotel for us, our room was huge and very clean, shower was great with good pressure. Staff were fantastic. We arrived not realizing we had left our Passports at previous hotel. Viola, on reception, got on to it right away and they arrived the following morning, before breakfast! Service with a smile. Hotel is just a 7 min walk to Taimall. We used the bikes for free to ride to Seafood Market, also used the massage chairs! Can't rate our stay high enough, so glad we found it and if we ever come back to Taipei will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff provide excellent service. Stacey at the front desk (I hope I got the name right) was especially attentive, with a great understanding of the needs of solo travellers—very thoughtful indeed. The hotel's location is fantastic. There is a convenience store just downstairs, several large shopping centres nearby, and it is very close to Fuzhong. Everything you need is just a few minutes' walk away, so there’s no need to go all the way to Taipei. The bed of excellent quality, and both the toilet and bathroom are spotlessly clean. If you are travelling from Taoyuan Airport to the hotel, I suggest taking the Airport MRT to A3 – New Taipei Industrial Park, then transferring to the Circular Line to Banqiao.
