Everything was super nice, from the welcoming staff who were very polite and professional, the room was ultra clean with brand news equipments. We would recommend the food as well with the very generous diner buffet offering a lot of choices and a good quality. The view from the hotel is stunning, there is a nice free spa, we spend 24h in a dream place ! Everything is exactly as shown on the website photos ! We will definitely come back !

Fantastic host, extremely quick in responding to messages, personable, we got to taste her mum's self-made plum wine on the rooftop, she even took us to the train station, when we asked for a taxi.. Stunningly designed home, close to night market and beach, very clean and comfortable room, lovely linen.

Owners are super friendly and welcoming tourists and doggies. There are big grass yard and a swimming pool for dogs, and also SUP! They served different breakfasts for seven days, that's thoughtful. We appreciate it! When we finished the tour they gave us Hualien souvenirs! Thanks for the Comfy house and everything, We have a wonderful memory here. Looking forward to going there again!

This place is fantastic, the beds are super comfortable and the room was spotless. Location is right by the train station. Room is spacious as well with lots of natural light. Would definitely recommend. The staff were also very responsive through Line and check-in was easy.

Owner was super helpful and super thoughtful! Even before we travelled to Taiwan, she already assisted us with our train tickets! It’s near to train station. Place look super cute. Owner was around to greet us. She walked us round the property introducing us to the kitchen, etc.. She has lots of fruits, biscuits and drinks for her guests. She even helped us to arrange for a private driver to take us to Taroko National Park. Her personal touch, helpfulness & hospitality really makes our stay enjoyable & memorable. Will definitely come back to stay a second, third time.

The hosts are super friendly. We stayed here to visit Taroko nature park with a tour. The tour started very early, and the next day we had to leave very early as well to catch our train back, but the hosts prepared a breakfast to go that was delicious! You could feel it was prepared with a lot of love. One of us is vegetarian and they understood that perfectly, despite the language barrier. They also fixed a taxi for us. Comfortable and very clean room, Dyson hairdryer, always coffee/water/snacks available… We also appreciated the reading nook with massage seats! The night market and the beach are very close, walking distance. We didn’t really like the night market but there were good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well.
