Good service by the host through booking.com, spoke english responded quickly. The caretaker also took the extra mile to assist us on multiple occasions (Helping with our boat ticket as I lost mine, looking for seasicknes medicine, upgrading our room for free)

Leon was amazing fantastic English and super helpful...they picked us up off the ferry...grabbed us a scooter...showed us maps...all staff were super friendly and the building was really clean...great location kind of in the middle of everything...breakfast was great....and then to finish the stay they dropped our bags off to the ferry for us...amazing service

Everything was perfect. We got a free upgrade because it was low season. We could even check-in earlier and check-out later. Lovely vibe and amazing staff. Luckily we could pay the stay and diving by card because there are no ATMs for foreign cards. Definitely stay here when you go to Green Island!

Thee location on this side of the island, especially out of high season, summer is very quiet and peaceful. I could leave my window open at night to hear the sea without being disturbed. Many people hire scooters which would make travelling around the island easy. Since I didn't want to do this I found that there were just enough options of places open to eat that I could walk to, out of high season the road to the hot springs is very quiet and at night it felt safe to walk with a flashlight to the springs. What is important to know is that the owners don't speak any English and didn't respond to my English texts via Booking.com so I didn't realise that I needed to let them know which ferry I would arrive on to meet me. Also they prefer payment in cash although they did managed to take my credit card. I'd get a Mandarin or Taiwanese speaker to give them a call for you the day before you arrive.
