    The room was spacious and clean. I especially liked the built in bidet toilet bowl... very good feature. Breakfast was good, had a very wide spread of food to choose from for elderly travellers like myself and for my grandchildren. There were good facilities like kids playroom and outdoor swimming pool although we did not have time to make use of it.

    Location is great. Right across from 7/11 and family mart. Walking distance to great restaurants and the night market (approx 10 mins with kids). Free parking. Supper and breakfast provided. Staff were kind and patient. Very prompt response. Great value

    Is Family friendly and they have bottle sterilizer and hot dispenser near the family room and the cleaner offered to help me mop floor as my baby is in crawling stage. And they have a area to keep stroller on level 1 so that we dont have to move around

    clean and huge rooms and toilet. great location right in front of train station and miyahara. very baby/child friendly. provided cot, steriliser and baby bathtub. high chair available at breakfast. wide spread for breakfast.

    Everything. A rare gem for family with kids. The staffs are exceptionally friendly and helpful, can tell that they really put their hearts into making sure everything guest enjoy the entire experience. A must-book for any families staying in Taichung.

    Location was super central, just opposite the Taichung station. It was also very kid friendly with a play area for kids and toddlers. We liked that we could do our laundry in the hotel too. The kids had a balloon upon checkin and that made them very happy! Staff was friendly too, and there was free coffee at the lobby.
