All the staff members were amazing. Best Hotel and STAFF of all the hotels I've stayed at during my 15 years in Taiwan. Free Shuttle is a Plus Point. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. They were very busy on Sunday morning but everything was so well organized. Extra seating, many waiters. Excellent service. Empty plates were immediately removed. Nobody had to wait for food to be replaced. They really helped to make my husband's birthday very special. I highly recommend Taichung Harbor Hotel.

The room was a lot bigger than expected. Clean and comfy and the air con was cold enough. Location wise - you'll need a car to travel around Wuchi no matter what. We booked here for it's not too far from our family's place, also close to everything else. Only 15 minutes drive to Gaomei Wetland. Breakfast was yummy and had lots of options. Carpark is just next to the entrance and you'll have no trouble finding a spot. There's washer and dryer and you'll need coins for paying.
