One of the best hotels in Lviv. Very kind staff members and the service was fantastic. They helped us a lot when we had some plan changes - They tried their best to get us another room in the hotel for unplanned extended days.. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I did not expect to stay in a modern, nicely designed hotel when I found out I would have to travel to war-torn Ukraine for a conference.
