It’s a nice family hotel in a beautiful location. Closer to Hamilton college families esp during move-in time as we did. We saw a few deers and love the apple trees . Very close to Lowes departmental store for any last minute shopping for your freshman child!

Reception was quick, friendly, and efficient. What made it especially superb was the little details: the invitation to go ahead and park in one of the reserved spaces because we were the last guests to arrive that evening, the offer of extra towels because I was travelling with my family. Car parking was free and convenient. The room was spacious. The plentiful, oft replenished breakfast buffet was a full meal including omelettes, sausages, bacon, bagels, and various juices. Coffee was available all day at reception. For other meals, good options are nearby: try Tavola, just next door, and further into the centre of Utica there are more places for great Italian food.

Newly Renovated Comfort Inn and Suites Verona is a 5 minute drive to the Turning Stone Casino.

The overall beauty of the hotel. The fact that we have the the service of a 24hr shuttle to the Turning Stone. I look forward to coming back.
