Shuttle driver was very nice and went beyond to help me with my MANY pieces of luggage and my children. Staff was very friendly and gave me advice on food to order as we arrived late. Room was clean, big. Beds were very comfy fell asleep instantly. And my children did too. Shower was nice and had all facilities. Great front desk and restaurant staff; the location is simply perfect for short business stay given the proximity to the airport and the Blue Line train stop within a 5-minute walk, especially for visiting Chicago quickly. Shuttle service from the airport is fast and quick (a bliss after a long flight). Good variety and quality for breakfast. My room was in the good range; despite the proximity of the airport the noise was not noticeable.
