Our room was perfect for our family. The indoor pool was an added bonus as it is February and too cold to swim outdoors. And the 5:30-7:00 "Dinner and Drinks" time was a sweet surprise. The night Clerk was a very nice young man and thought since we did not get there until after midnight that the Manager would probably refund the pet fee of $150 for my 10 lb dog who wasn’t there long enough to that fee what a rip and she was super rude when I asked her if she could refund part or all the fee.
