The team was super accommodating throughout the stay. We got in late and there was someone available to help us get checked in such plus when you are traveling far. The inn has a lovely common area to use whenever you'd like. Coming back from the hills with some take out and sitting in the common area was the cherry on top to the stay! Big room for 4 adults and 2 kids, even the sofa bed was comfortable. The view from the room is so lovely in fall, which I did not expect. Overall the hotel was very lovely and cozy.
