Ample parking, close to lots of restaurants, pleasant/helpful staff and decent pricing were what I would consider benefits. I also liked that we were situated on the first floor, close to the elevator, which was convenient for one of my guests who had a wheelchair.

Early check-in, location gave easy metro access with 30 min ride into DC, slept well even on the sofa bed, excellent breakfast and very attentive staff. Would definitely return here.

I liked the fact the staff were very nice, from the very first day. We were so tired after driving from the airport (in huge city and under heavy rain) after a long flight.
