Cozy small cabin with a nice balcony with view to the river. The temperature outside was quite cold but there was a heater so we could keep warm :) there was a nice fire pit, as well as a microwave and fridge which were very handy.

    Loved the atmosphere, there was shuffle board corn hole lighted areas to play at night, the pools were beautiful indoor one was a bit chilly but the hot tub was great beds were comfy. Rooms were great ! Food was decent, prime location to Clark’s and whales tale water park and 2 minute drive to flume gorge, 5 minutes from town! Family friendly for sure ! Grills by the pond and fire pit to do smores !

    The hotel was in a good location near the Kancamagus Highway. Lovely grounds with duck pond, gazebo and grassy areas. Outdoor games for children. Indoor and outdoor pool plus a hot tub. Indoor pool quite chilly.

    We stayed in the Baby Bear cabin, and it was exceptional - very clean and comfortable. The craftsmanship was top-notch and contributed to our feeling of staying in "the woods". At the same time, our cabin had everything we needed - oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and TV. Our host, Christina, was very helpful and had several good suggestions on sites to see/visit. Lincoln is a very central location for taking day trips to places in Northern/Central New Hampshire.
