Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Staying here felt like a very authentic American experience. The room was large and very quiet. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Lots of free parking outside the room. The hotel is close enough to walk to and along the Erie Canal, though there didn't seem to be many people walking!Guest review byJohnYoung couple
