Great location near Stearns Park. I was worried about getting a “pet friendly room” for the first time but there was no evidence pets had stayed in there before, it was perfectly clean. There is a great yard area with doggie clean up station that was perfect for our dog, and I didn’t find random piles of poo anywhere on the property. Furthermore, the room was fairly updated/modern. Our room had vaulted ceilings.

    Not much. Paid for a suite 900 Sq feet, got a 400 sq ft room. No one wants to give me any kind of refund. Had friends that were supposed to visit, had to tell them not to come.

    The room and furnishings were spotless and in perfect condition. The motel has the most lovely vintage vibe, yet every inch of the place is in perfect condition! It feels so authentic. Every detail seems to have been very well thought out by the owners. The room had everything we needed while traveling with a toddler. Very family friendly. I must also mention the location was perfect, one block off the Main Street, so quite, and two blocks to the beach. We were able to walk everywhere!

    Clean, friendly environment, dog friendly, kid friendly. Everyone was very nice. I really liked the fact I could park right by my room and had individual access. I enjoyed having the sliding class door to open when it was nice out and enjoy natural light and a family friendly view. Very convenient to have the dog walking area with the poop bags and garbage can. Our room location was perfect.

    There's a nice playground for kids and a gazebo for just relaxing. A BBQ grill is also there if you want to cook instead of doing a restaurant. Just very family friendly and what we looked for in a hotel. 😊
