I was travelling alone and although I had been allocated a ground floor room the lady in reception asked if I would be more comfortable on a higher level. The beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. Good selection of toiletries available.

My partner and I were driving further north, but we got caught in the snow storm and the roads were very unsafe so we booked the closest hotel to us. This hotel was absolutely perfect, we even decided to extend our stay! The staff were great and very helpful, comfiest bed and pillows.
