I did not think they existed anymore. Clean, modest, wonderful and helpful staff and owner. We went during off season, January. The heat worked great. Walking distance to restaurant. They did not have their fee calendar up to review this Summer's pricing. The rooms were comfortable, clean, with the cutest beach decor. Coffee was available every morning for the guests. The view of the beach from our room was beautiful, private beach access, and the pool was great. The hotel, beach and boardwalk was family friendly. VERY clean room and bathroom, Comfortable beds, air conditioner worked well, mini refrigerator and microwave were a nice extra bonus too. Didn’t use pool due to lack of time, but water was exceptionally clear. Excellent location-just far enough to be a quiet location, but an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk attractions. My kids would not sleep there so i had to go back and forth between car in parking lot and bathroom in room. All luggage had to be brought back in to car in fear of roach nesting. Booking.com said they would help but it’s been 28 days and nothing has been done. Even though john the manger emailed booking.com and said they would refund.
