Excellent front staff. Very accommodating, patient and very helpful to a single lady. He was very helpful showing me the laundry services and how to use them.

This hotel is really top tier. All the employees, especially the ones at the reception treat you really like guests and not only like customers. The service is outstanding. The room is very probably the best I've been at a hotel. Everything is very comfortable and very clean. Definitely best bath room ever. A newish hotel, fresh and airy reception area and modern, well-equipped rooms. It was in a convenient location for the airport - about 15 minute drive away. I stayed with daughter and granddaughter visiting family in nearby Foster City for 7 nights. The room was large enough for the three of us, with the two queen beds and sofa bed. Constant coffee and hot water supplies for tea in foyer. Breakfast selection was good - including waffles, breads and bagels, porridge, fruit juice, hard boiled eggs, cheese and one type of hot egg per day (e.g. omelette) plus one meat and some form of potato, plus fruit and yogurts.
