It was VERY family friendly. Lots of outdoor activities plus some board games in the room. Loved the fire pits in the wooded area. And they provide you with EVERYTHING you need to make a campfire(wood, newspapers, lighters, pokey sticks to keep the fire going and even skewers to roast marshmallows) The staff is super friendly and informative on the best places in town. We are travelling from Australia and don’t have this type of fmgreenery back home. My son absolutely loves trees and nature so the forest st the back hit the mark. Would e loved to stay longer but we had to keep going. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Snd the extra room if cabin 1 was a bonus for a family if 4. The quiet surrounds were beautiful. The .25 mile walk to the beach requies you taking a trip through the forest. My family greatly appreciated all the amenities and the fact that we had access to a full kitchen.
