The host is super nice and helped us with booking a bus to Hanoi for a very good price. The accomodation is nice, clean and peaceful. I would love to come back if again in Cat Ba.

I had the privilege of attending a wedding ceremony on this cruise, and I was truly amazed because everything here was so beautiful and perfect. The wedding venue was set on the deck, right in the heart of Ha Long Bay, looking like a scene from a movie. Everything was decorated luxuriously by the staff. The service was professional, with attentive customer care, from drinks to food. The menu here is diverse and high-quality, especially the seafood dishes, which were delicious. it truly embodies the essence of “wedding like a vacation.”

Breakfast was fine with the omelet. Brunch and lunch had plentiful choices. We appreciated the pho. Dinner is western style with a touch of Vietnamese pan fried fish made more tasty with fish sauce, lime, fresh chilis, and herbs. Our suite had a great panoramic view and shower facilities functioned well...we probably should have tried the jacuzzi stand alone tub (it looked very inviting) but did not want to take extra time in tub. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. I am especially appreciative of Andy, the operator, who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our experience was superb. He also made arrangements for our transfer to Sapa in a private car. We did want to experience the limo bus heading back to Hanoi so he arranged that as well. Note the bus goes only to the bus station and not to our hotel, but Andy arranged for our short transfer from the station to the hotel with a Grab car. Lee, the cruise manager, ensured everything went off without a hitch (cannot be easy keeping everyone together and on time). Apologies to the young woman who was the cruise organizer (we forgot to note her name), but she was very helpful throughout. We took the 3D2N cruise and was sad to leave such a friendly and warm ambience. The views were absolutely spectacular as we had a wonderful sunny day on the second day. Ship overall had modern facilities and does reflect the luxury for which the cruise is offering as a brand.
