It was a fantastic location - very lovely little stay - the room was really nice - with a little balcony and a beautiful view! We had laundry done and it was ready for us by 9am the next day with a great price. The facilities were good and the room was really nice and clean. Such a great price for a great room.

The room is clean and close to the river, making it easy to take a walk. It is also easy to access restaurants and other places to eat.And also, the owner and staff were extremely kind and recommended a great tour to Pack Bo Remains and Ban Gioc waterfall. Despite arriving early in the morning and departing late at night, they kindly let me stay in the lobby and even drove me to the bus station. This was a great help. The bus station was difficult to find, and I would have had a really hard time on my own. I am truly grateful for the owner's kindness.

This place felt more like home than an accomodation. Everything was great about it and was I treated like family. Compliments to the owners for creating such a wonderful, warm yet impecable place. Every detail was welt thought and done with heart and impecable taste for a good night rest and experience in the city. They made things extremly easy to organize my trips and everything I needed for my solo journey. But never felt alone in this place. I also enjoyed the wonderl mix of traditional style and decoration, combined with a modern confortable feeling to it. Highly recommend it and will stay here again for sure.

We had a road accident during our stay and the owner helped us tremendously. He packed all our things for us and brought it to hospital and stayed in touch with us for anything we needed. On top of that the rooms very perfectly clean, spacious and very affordable, free drinking water access and high speed internet! We are forever thankful to Su Homestay and recommend it 100%

Very clean and huge rooms. The host is very helpful, and always smiling. Nice outdoor area to chill out in evening. Best value for money place we have stayed in Vietnam would defiantly reccomend! The host even gave us these keyrings at the end of our stay for good luck :)

From the moment you arrive, you can feel the care and professionalism that has gone into this homestay. • Room & Facilities The mattress was the most comfortable one I’ve had in a month of traveling in Northern Vietnam – I slept perfectly. The room is spacious, very clean, and well equipped: plenty of towels, a TV, and even water provided in the room. • Cleanliness & Comfort Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the living area. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. • Food & Value The bistro food is delicious, and the western dishes are also very well prepared, all at a very fair price. In addition, guests can order from the menu of the café just around the corner, which is owned by the same host. One of the friendliest places you will find in Cao Bang. The staff are all amazing and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can, even using Google translate if you don't speak Vietnamese. My stay here was for 5 nights and I also stayed for 8 nights in the sister hotel just 50mts away. The hotel is very close to many stores including both Vietnamese and Western foods. Only about 5 mins and you are in the heart of Cao Bang. The room was very comfortable with a large 4k UHD Tv and aircon that works perfectly in Vietnams heat.

Very cute home and very welcoming host! We were able to rent a motorbike and extend our stay on short notice. We had some tea and sweets with the host and some other guests and had a lovely conversation. We were there in off season, so we even got a room upgrade! She recomended us a lot of sightseeing and local restaurants, everything she recomended was great. On the last Night she organised a sleeperbus a very smooth experience. We would definatly come again and recomend to any good friends and family.
