The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we had a family room as we travelled with two kids. The property has a lift which is handy for luggage, and you can borrow the hotel bicycles for free. Breakfast omelettes were tasty and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lisa is fantastic. Received a warm welcome and the best service from Mr Hai. Great location, walking distance to everything. The connected rooms are great for families. Close to Old Town but not too close. Lovely breakfasts. We rented the up/down 2bdrm family villa with our adult kids. Free bikes were great and it felt safe exploring the old town area, we recommend biking through the rice fields to the beaches too. The staff were also incredible and helped us with everything and even assisted us with planning transit too and from the hotel. They also paid close attention to the fact our child was with us and needed certain things like a crib and high chair for meals.
