From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the villa I stayed in. Her warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, and throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Ms. Na was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided invaluable assistance with various aspects of my stay, from arranging transportation to suggesting local attractions and restaurants. Her dedication and genuine care for the guests were truly commendable, and I am grateful for her presence and assistance. Overall, my experience at Meliá Vinpearl Cua Sot was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of the beautiful villa, the attentive staff, and Ms. Na's exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. The staff were always smiling and I had a very comfortable stay, even though it was only a short time. I also appreciate them translating over the phone for me, who doesn't speak Vietnamese.

The hosts went out of their way to offer help. Communication wasn't easy because I cannot really speak much Vietnamese. Just a few words and expressions will not get you around as very few people in Hà Tinh can speak English. So, one becomes dependent of Google Translate :-) People in this town tend to very friendly without any ultimate purpose to gain in some way. They will help you to find your way in town whenever they can.

This is a fantastic hotel and great value for money. Best hotel we have stayed in, in Vietnam for the price. Breakfast is incredible and the staff are so nice and polite with the best service throughout out our stay. We only ever stay in this hotel when we stay and no other Hotel in Ha Tinh is as good as this
