Superb location, lot’s to see and do right as you walk out. Many cafes, street vendors, and beautiful streets to walk down. The property itself is well managed, with attentive staff who are friendly and very accomodating. Thảo who manages the reception is exceptional. The cleaning staff are very kind and diligent which is reflected in how clean each apartment presents. Rooms are equipped with all of your basic hotel amenities, with the addition of a small kitchenette with pots, pans and cutlery. We’ve stayed here many times before because it’s excellent value and always a consistently comfortable stay.

We had a lovely large room with balcony and view over the city. It was great to have a fridge, washing machine and so much space. Loved looking over Hai Phong’s beautiful Central Park. Good breakfast, very friendful and friendly staff and great location. Super value for money!

What I love the most was the host's enthusiasm and responsiveness. I really appreciated how he detailed the check-in formality for us through messages, which facilitated the checkin process. Secondly, since we are not locals, it was very nice of him to recommended us with variety of food that we could explore around the city. Of course, the hygiene and comfortability of our shelter was provided. Lastly, the price was reasonable, therefore, it was worth-to-stay.

We arrived the first week it opened and wow. Everything is new. The place has a 2 in 1 dryer and washing machine, fridge and freezer, kitchen supplies and cookery (! Rice cooker and pots too!), the place is soundproof (unless someone is going in the elevator outside the door), the bed and pillows were comfy, light proof, quiet street, the shower and water pressure are amaaazing and there is a Bidet toilet that even warms the seat! The staff (especially Tuán) were very kind and brought us towels when we didn't have any at a late hour when we needed them. You can leave your bike inside at night as well.

My experience there was exceptional amazing. The hotel is right in the middle of the city, many restaurants, cafeterias, stores just right next doors and across the street. Staff including the receptionist, housekeeper, guard, everyone were super friendly and helpful. This hotel is very new, even we could smell the new furniture and all the facilities are modern and look like brand new items. Very spacious rooms. I was surprised that the prices were totally affordable. Absolutely come back next time.

clean and quiet. I liked most. Nearby airport, which save your time if you are in rush not to miss your flights. Close by there is Go Haiphong Supermarket, where you can eat and to do shopping. Korean bistro (open Buffet) is recommended. Aeon shopping mall is the nearest bigger place to do shopping. The refeptionist Hiền (please, forgive me if I'm wrong) is amazing. She suggested places to go, eat and to shopping. She did her job splendidly. With love
