The staff were amazing help before, during and even after our stay. We arrived very late and this was no worries. We left our bags here while doing the loop and upon arriving back to collect our bags, we were offered a room to change and get ready. The host is very friendly and helps you with everything you need (for example transport to the next destination). Eventhough she doesn't speak much English, communication went smoothly (google translate). The rooms are very big and there is even een common garden. The food is great and the portions are huge! I would highly recommend this place!

The lovely elderly couple running this homestay were so welcoming and did their utmost to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect, in a quiet alley right in the center of the city. We rented a bike in top condition to do a 5-day excursion without any problems. They also arranged a very reasonabally priced and comfy ride back to Hanoi.

The room is spacious, very clean, and well equipped: plenty of towels, a TV, and even water provided in the room. • Cleanliness & Comfort Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the living area. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. • Food & Value The bistro food is delicious, and the western dishes are also very well prepared, all at a very fair price. In addition, guests can order from the menu of the café just around the corner, which is owned by the same host. It offers a wide variety of tasty dishes, drinks, and teas. • Service & Atmosphere The staff are enthusiastic, warm, and always helpful. You feel truly welcome and well looked after. You Can feel that they Like Their Job :) • Location The location in the center, directly by the river, is ideal for exploring Cao Bang while also enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. One of the friendliest places you will find in Cao Bang. The staff are all amazing and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can, even using Google translate if you don't speak Vietnamese. My stay here was for 5 nights and I also stayed for 8 nights in the sister hotel just 50mts away. The hotel is very close to many stores including both Vietnamese and Western foods. Only about 5 mins and you are in the heart of Cao Bang. The room was very comfortable with a large 4k UHD Tv and aircon that works perfectly in Vietnams heat.

Mây homestay was one of the best places I've stayed. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Vân is incredibly nice and made my visit excellent. She took extra effort to make sure that my bike was safely stored inside, and she had good recommendations. I really enjoyed the tea she made and getting to talk to her. I highly recommend that you stay at Mây homestay.
