Very nice and helpful host! She spoke good english and helped us with everything we needed: laundry, motorbike rent, transfer to Hanoi and gave us helpful tips about Ninh Binh. Homestay and garden is beautiful and they have a great cat!

Such a beautiful place with lots of greenery around. In the evening, the lanterns make it super cozy. The pool is clean and really nice, plus there’s billiards and table football – perfect for a chill night. It only took me about 15 minutes by bike to get to Trang An, probably just around 2 km away

The room is super new, soft mattress, lots of light, hot shower. The host was friendly and helpful, he gave us 2 bicycles for free. Great location, so quite and beautiful to explore on a bike or even by foot.

From the very moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying at a true home away from home. The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with even the smallest issues. They went above and beyond—assisting us with renting an electric motorcycle on site, arranging taxis when we needed to catch a bus, and providing us with delicious breakfasts every morning (included in the accommodation). Each breakfast featured super fresh vegetables picked directly from their garden, making every meal even more special. We were even invited to join them for a heartfelt hot pot dinner, a gesture that truly warmed our hearts. The facilities are outstanding—spacious, completely renovated, and spotlessly clean, providing us with all the comfort we could ask for. Additionally, there are free bikes available for guests—a wonderful touch for anyone wishing to explore the surroundings. We leave this place with full hearts and unforgettable memories. It was a great place to stay while in Ninh Binh. The surrounding area was amazing. They serve quality food as well. Stir fried Eel with Bamboo shoots and Fried squid with Lemon Grass were so delicious. The manager booked us a cheap ride to the Airport. He was so friendly, cheerful and accommodating.

We discovered this incredible natural spot during the low season, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! The host was incredibly welcoming, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners here. The room was spacious and truly unique—a bungalow on the water, completely surrounded by nature.
