We were lucky to find this little beautiful new villa. We stayed from the 18-22.04 and it was the best possible place one can imagine. The owner were super friendly and helpful. The whole villa is new and the rooms are extremely tidy and very nice designed. The breakfast was freshly made by the owner and everything was very delicious. If you want to stay close to Hoi An stay here! The Villa is 5 min walk from the beach and two very nice beach bars you can stay the whole day! This villa was absolutely amazing! The decor throughout was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. The location was also amazing, only 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of cute cafes and coffee shops. The host was also amazing, and super attentive to our questions.

The best thing about this place is the host family; they are really friendly, and it feels very genuine the way they treated us—without expecting anything from us. We always felt safe. Besides, we stayed in two rooms, and both were very comfortable and clean. If you prefer to stay in a less crowded place, you should stay in this area, which is very local and close to the beach.

Villa was very recently launched and it is extremely clean and well lit, with brand new furniture and amenities. Location of the villa is extremely close to the paddy fields, allowing for a close touch with nature. An extremely good spot nearby the villa to catch beautiful sunsets, a must see. Staff are very friendly and efficient as well, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and pleasant for us.

Villa Iliiou was nothing short of fabulous! The Villa was incredibly spacious and everything in it was gorgeous. From the minute we arrived we felt welcome and looked after. Hoa, the house manager and her staff are wonderful, could not have been more helpful or thoughtful, we did not want to leave. The location overlooking the rice paddy and proximity to the ancient town and the beach was perfect. An easy and fun grab ride. The communication from Loïc, the owner, in the lead up to and during our stay was next level. There was nothing they would not do to make the stay memorable and that it sure was. We could not recommend this accommodation enough! Will definitely be returning.

It was a very nice stay! The owner is very friendly and his daughter also soo sweet. The location is right next to the beach and there are many things to do around. For 1,50€ you can take a grab to get inside the old town, it’s about a 20 min ride.
