The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were genuinely amazing. We had a traditional Vietnamese breakfast which was exquisite. Loved the central location – easy walks everywhere. Twin room was modern, clean, and beds were comfy. Staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. Good value. Noticed a lack of hooks or shelves in the bathroom – nowhere convenient to hang towels or a toiletry bag. Ended up using the towel rail awkwardly. Small design miss, but overall positive.
