The view was brilliant (if there is no fog) and the staff was really nice and attentive!

The hotel was really nice, the room super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were unbelievable, each and everything of them. Very nice and welcoming. Helpes us with everything we needed. They upgraded us to better room as we arrived.Really amazing team. We enjoyed every one of them. Great motorbikes service. Walking distance to the beach.

Clean beautiful bedroom with the nice view. The service on the Cruise are really helpful and polite especially Laya, who took care of us. She was really attentive. :D would love to stay for another night.

Very well organized from the beginning. We booked the additional pick up service (Hanoi old quarter) which works very well. Rooms were amazing with big windows from floor to ceiling. Very spacious. Amazing staff, always friendly and helpful, great English skills. Each of them made us always feel welcomed and appreciated . They care a lot for the guests. We had the Tourguide Toan (Toni) who was entertaining and absolutely professional. We enjoyed it very much!

Best hospitality received in vietnam

A well run cruise. We did the 2 day 1 night trip as a couple taking our mothers. They were very accomodating to aid with providing a motorbike transfer to the village for one of our mothers who felt uncomfortable with riding a bike. The boat is older and shows its age but like the name it has its unique charm. Obviously as it’s on the water and colder at the moment it can be musty but reasonably easy to air out and had aircon to be warm and dry over night. Pleasantly surprised that the rooms were of a good size. The itinerary is packed but adequate time to get ready for each activity. Four meals served during our stay, buffet style, yummy food with a great sauce table. The crew do a great job and it feels well organised. Thank you Quang Quack 🦆 for being a great host for us :)

Before our arrival, I secretly arranged a surprise bouquet with the staff, and seeing my wife's reaction during check-in was priceless. Our itinerary struck the perfect balance: cave exploration, peaceful kayaking sessions, and relaxing by the serene pool. What truly set Calista apart was the attention to detail. We kayaked through hidden lagoons, explored magnificent caves, and visited a peaceful floating fishing village. Every stop gave us a deeper appreciation for the natural and cultural richness of Ha Long Bay. If you’re looking for a luxurious, intimate, and truly unforgettable way to explore one of the world’s most beautiful places, Doria Cruise is the perfect choice.
