Great stay, staff were very lovely and helpful, facilities were great. We ate in the restaurant also which was good. Pool was a great temperature and a good view from the top. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Ha Long Bay.

The room was exactly like in the pictures,very clean and the mattress soft/firm ratio was great. The sheets were so soft as well. Staff super friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic time with Genesis Luxury Regal Cruises. They were in contact prior to our booking to offer there services of transfer from Hanoi to there boat, the transport was very comfortable and was seamless. It removed the stress of having to arrange a transfer ourselves. The staff on the boat and in the office were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the itinerary on offer, squid fishing, kayaking and tour on bamboo boats with a local as well as the sea swim off the back of the boat. The food on offer was to a high standard, thoroughly enjoyed as well as the cocktails. We would like to say a big thank you to the team for making a memorable experience.

Lovely cruise with such a beautiful room. The food was amazing. I regret taking the 2 days and 1 night. I would definitely choose the 3 days 2 nights option after this amazing experience.

I had the privilege of attending a wedding ceremony on this cruise, and I was truly amazed because everything here was so beautiful and perfect. The wedding venue was set on the deck, right in the heart of Ha Long Bay, looking like a scene from a movie. Everything was decorated luxuriously by the staff. The service was professional, with attentive customer care, from drinks to food. The menu here is diverse and high-quality, especially the seafood dishes, which were delicious. it truly embodies the essence of “wedding like a vacation.”

The view is not great, but it is very convenient for sightseeing and business transactions. The room has good soundproofing. The room rate is reasonable for customers with a limited budget or a tight schedule, who don't need to spend much time in the room.
