Beautiful setting - sometimes big resorts or hotels can feel impersonal but this one was the opposite. All the staff were lovely and very helpful with the mountain of questions I had to ask. The spa is amazing - I basically had it to myself when I went and I had an amazing treatment. The location is perfect and they will take you anywhere around in the buggies. Perfectly placed to go up the mountain. The food was delicious and room service to late into the night.

My time on the cruise was REALLY GOOD! The staffs are nice, the food is great and the room is amazing. Thank you so much to your team for the room decoration request and suprise birthday. My partner was happy and I wasnt expecting the suprise gonna be that advance. I only ask for a slice of cake but they gave me WHOLE CAKE. lol I really love it.

We liked everything about the Unicharm Cruise 2D1N. To begin with the pick up was very smooth, the boat was very nice and comfortable, we had two beautiful connected rooms suite with glass windows and views on the bay and a beautiful terrace. Above all what we loved about the cruise is the itinerary and the activities: we stayed for the night and kayaked in Han La Bay which is incredibly beautiful and not touristy: there was only our boat there and only our group with Kayaks in the water. Also the second day we loved the bycicle ride on Cat Ba Island, and this is the only cruise that offers it. Moreover, we were only 10 on the boat, and we highly appreciated it as on other cruises they change you to another boat when not enough people. Finally, our guide Dem was great, he was kind, told us a lot of interesting facts about Vietnam and was funny. We highly recommend this cruise as it really is the best Halong Bay cruise.

A trip with Calista Cruise was truly wonderful and far exceeded my expectations. The scenery here was not only beautiful but the service quality was also truly commendable. I felt the friendliness and professionalism of the staff the moment I arrived. The food on the cruise was beautifully presented, especially the fresh seafood dishes. I happened to go on a day with a stunning evening performance, which created a joyful and romantic atmosphere.
