We have stopped at the farm stall in the past, but not stayed. It is an ideal overnight stay. Close to the road and very easy to access. We stayed in a chalet, which would be perfect for a family, with lots of space. The dinner can be delivered to your room, or eaten in the dining room, and there is a good selection of wine, beer, etc (to unwind after your drive). There is a swimming pool to cool off.

We stopped at Travalia on our way back home from visiting family and it was perfect. The cottage was a nice size and had a great braai area, our dog enjoyed being able to explore and the hosts arranged a cot for our baby with little notice as it was a last minute stop over. The dinner service which was conveniently brought to our cottage was lovely as well. We will for sure make this a stop over when we travel from now on.

I booked the family room, and it was absolutely gorgeous inside. The swimming pool area was really nice and clean and pool was very welcoming after a hot day of travelling.
The receptionist was absolutely amazing and super friendly. Checking in and out went really quickly.
