Ingrid and the other ladies who work there were lovely and the chalet was comfy and had everything we needed, it was really nicely decorated too. It felt very quiet and private. Good location for Addo elephant park and other private game reserves.

There are three cottages, a pool area, a kitchen - cottage, 3 braais and a lounge cottage with a terrace as well several places with tables to choose to dine. Ideal for families or groups upto 8 pax.
Please note that since you will e staying with wild life you need to park your car at the Woodbury Tented camp and you will be brought to the accommodation via shuttle( best to check in all together at once if you come as a group.
Kitchen is perfectly equipped with all amenities even plenty of fire wood and braai utensils.

They went through the trouble of making a separate meal for my partner to accommodate his food allergies. They also went to the trouble of setting up a screen and provided us with snacks to watch the rugby. We also got to see 4 of the Big 5 in one evening!

NetherlandsA Wonderful stay, we stayed here for 1 night. We did the bush safari with guide Connor and the giraffe walk with guides Christoff and Göze. Great experiences!! The guides definitely know what they are doing. In the evening a romantic sunset dinner has been arranged at our accommodation. Andre did a great BBQ for us, it was a great night. The contact with the hostess before the arrival was also very good.
I would definitely recommend this stay.

He shared his knowledge with us, was always attentive, funny and open to answer any questions we had. The room in which we stayed was beautiful, clean, had all the necessary amenities. Just note that if you need heating, you’ll have to ask beforehand (we did without it). We got there on a very hot day to be told tap water was not potable and no ESKOM, gas fridge needs 2 days to cool and solar panel had a problem. Charming Olaf sorted all out on Thursday and we had a brilliant stay. I am not s good walker so Olaf upgraded us at no extra cost, bloody marvellouS. Highly recommend. On last night we watched for 2 hours 4 lions trying to get an elephant calf. Did not succeed as 1 very large elephant chased the male at speed away when he drew close.
