Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The Großglockner High Alpine Road can be accessed 50 metres from the hotel. Beautiful village tucked between the mountains and perfect accommodation to spend the time there. Really friendly staff, beautiful view from the rooms balcony and tasty breakfast. The downside for us is only staying for one night.

Special motorbike maps from the Carinthia- Italy- Slovenia region are freely available at the reception. Everything was great. Really good breakfast. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel is located in a beautiful village where we spent the whole evening walking, and you can also find trails leading up into the forest. There is a closed garage for motorcycles. We will definitely come back again.
