Fully equipped kitchen and I mean really fully equipped I could only miss nespresso/coffe machine that one may expect from this level- full set of glassware/kitchenware, e.t.c. that we had not used but it was there. Very comfortable beds/sheets,e.t.c. Great breakfast and alternative to old reviews they do have both a coffee machine and American style filter coffee. A bottle of prosecco on ice was also nice. They managed to squeeze full breakfast into the available space - we had nothing to comply about. There is a nice lobby with terrace to the river side. You get one parking space and 90 minutes of wellness/spa access from morning till 17:00 on the roof.

We had sunny weather, beautiful nature and views, super friendly staff, delicious food, I would be happy to come back here again. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, in short, I recommend this accommodation, you will not regret it.

The boutique Hotel Okresní Dům is a fine example of Art Nouveau architecture in Hradec Králové, situated in a quiet area of the centre and offering parking in the courtyard. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Nice room, comfortable bed, good wifi, beautiful old building in a good location. Excellent value for money! Also, Hradec Kralove is a lovely town with a lot of restaurants and beautiful old architecture. I travel there on business a couple times a year and every time I go there I like it even more.
