Location is fantastic. The views from the lodge are stunning. Snorkeling in the reef right in front of the lodge is epic.
Food is very good. Not much variety, but it’s good given the remoteness of the place.
Bures are clean, comfortable and air conditioning is a nice plus given the location.

Surrounded by a garden landscape, this property offers a day spa, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. We loved this beautiful Resort. The wonderful beach, the exceptional facilities, the friendly staff. Especially the Manager Alfie. The moment we stepped on the beach from blue lagoon cruise ship, we immediately impressed by the friendly atmosphere and its beautiful surroundings. Although unfortunately My husband got stomach bug the very night after we landed and ended up too sick for us to enjoy the resort during our very short stay. We left resort with great appreciate for the great care and support from the Manager Alfie. His caring and calm manner greatly eased my worries as I was concerned more serious situation it might be. We highly recommended that truly paradise. We think about revisiting in the future to enjoy what we had missed this time.
Nacula Island
Nestled on a stunning white sandy beach in the heart of the Yaskawa Islands, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort offers the perfect island escape with beachfront dining, a vibrant bar, and a unique Japanese tapa-style restaurant. Blue Lagoon is the best resort we stayed at on our Fiji trip. It is located on Nacula island, just on the beach and there is a large house reef just in front of the resort perfect for snorkling. We stayed in a yurt with a glass top and it was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was very large with 2 sinks and a shower in the open air. Full board meal plan is mandatory and it is fabulous. You can choose between standard restaurant and Japanese restaurant for lunch and dinner. Standard one has a la cart menu while Japanese offers 10 course meal for dinner. The food is delicious in both of them. The resort has 2 pools which are great if you want to relax if the weather is not good or water cold. The reef is nice, lots of nice corals and fish in different corals. The staff is exceptional especially the music band. The girl who sings can really sing. If possible, try to book accommodation for the weekend, there is a Fiji night then, with lots of Fijian cuisine food and traditional dance performed by the staff. Welcome and farewell songs also sang by the staff are really nice touch.
Nalauwaki
Set on 1 km of beach in Likuliku Bay, this resort offers a swimming pool and a luxurious day spa. There are 2 bars, a restaurant and a variety of cultural activities available. Guests can go snorkelling, fishing and kayaking on site. - The food is beyond exceptional, there wasn’t single meal that we had that wasn’t amazing. Everything from curry’s, stir fry’s to roast dinners every dish was delicious the kitchen team are outstanding - Jodie the scuba instructor was brilliant, she was knowledgable and infinitely patient, reassuring us every step of the way. We had a really good time doing the ‘discover scuba’ trip - We stayed in a bungalow which was much more spacious than the accommodation we stayed in on the other islands and more importantly had air conditioning

The homestay comes with a flat-screen TV. The accommodation is non-smoking.
What a wonderful and memorable stay in a traditional Fijian village. We liked it so much that we ended up staying in Soso village for a month. Silo, Bill, Va, Rob, Simi, Luisa and Iki, we will never forget the great time we had with you. You took good care of us, prepared extra food for the children and helped us when they got sick. As for the village. The people are very friendly, with a lot of children, so our kids made friends instantly. The beach in front of the village is beautiful, with a nice healthy reef to snorkel and there are some nice hikes with spectacular views over all of the Tasawas. As there is no light pollution, stargazing is breathtaking and the manta ray passage is just around the corner. The accommodation is very basic with a bucket shower and no-flush-toilet, but the beds are comfortable and the food is great. Note that the water available is rain water, so if you want to go safe, bring your own bottled water (or aqua-tabs) from the mainland because there are no real shops on the island. Also, you should wear a Sulu (Sarong) around the village and in church, men too. And it’s expected that you bring a kava root (worth 20 FJ$) and/or some money to present to the chief of the village when you arrive.

Incredible food and snorkeling. Staff were so welcoming and lovely. Kids club warm and welcoming.
We went as a group of 9 including kids and we all absolutely loved Octopus Resort! Such a stunning beach with lovely rustic accommodation set in beautiful gardens. The food was delicious and the staff were exceptional (special mention for Meli, Amelia and Tocksy)! We loved the pool area and our meals in the restaurant/bar. It has a great kids club and lots of fun daily activities for kids and adults. Fab snorkelling too. It’s a special place, we so hope to come back!
Loved everything about this resort the staff food accommodation I couldn’t fault anything. I liked that it wasn’t too big so with young children it was nice to have the pool not full of people. Friendly happy helpful staff at all times. There were 18 in our family group and we all loved our stay didn’t want to leave 🥲 I would go back in a heartbeat 💗
Family resort which is so special that there are no words to describe it.
Very good snorkelling at the hotel beach. 3 x nice pools to relax in. 2 x excellent restaurants and bars. Nightly entertainment. My 7 year old daughter said the Kids club was the absolute best! (She was at 3 kids clubs on our holidays at different hotels) We loved the outdoor bathroom. Plenty of resort activities daily. Internet access was better than the mainland hotels we stayed at. Peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly and welcoming family, including the kids playing games with our kids, great exposure to Fijian culture, including singing and food, excellent snorkelling just out from the beach (better snorkelling than the other resorts we went to). There were no mosquitos when we stayed which was nice too.
The location is amazing along with the fact it is a small resort with plenty of space with the beach and a few pools. There is a very relaxed vibe to the resort, which is helped by the amazing staff who were very attentive. There is plenty of good food and choices for the children. Shout out to the kids club staff who made our daughter feel comfortable, safe and made sure she had a good time. The massages were amazing too!
coral reef right on the beach, pool was nice. Village visit was awesome. kids activities were great and crab races were fun. make sure you book a room with a/c wifi was surprisingly good.
